Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Clients may cancel recurring memberships at any time through the customer billing portal or by contacting StayIQ directly.
Due to the customized and strategic nature of StayIQ services, certain one-time consulting, optimization, or implementation services may become non-refundable once work has begun. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
