Refund Policy
StayIQ provides customized consulting, guest experience optimization, and strategichospitality services for short-term rental hosts. Due to the personalized nature of ourservices, the following refund policy applies.
1. One-Time Services
StayIQ’s one-time services, including audits, optimization packages, guidebook setup,implementation work, and strategic consulting, are customized for each client andproperty.
Because work often begins shortly after purchase:
- certain one-time services may become non-refundable once work has started
- refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- completed work, delivered audits, strategic recommendations, and implementationservices are generally non-refundable
2. Monthly Memberships & Subscriptions
Clients may cancel recurring StayIQ memberships or subscription services at any time.
When canceled:
- subscriptions remain active through the end of the current billing period
- future renewal charges will stop automatically
- partial or prorated refunds are generally not provided for unused time remaining in anactive billing cycle
3. Exceptional Circumstances
StayIQ understands that unique situations may arise. Refund requests submitted beforesubstantial work has begun may be considered at StayIQ’s discretion.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
